Transfer Utility Donate Technical Equipment

Detecting Interference is easy to do when you have the right equipment

The Green Wave Project (GWP)’s mission is to find appropriate benefactors and beneficiaries orderly transform and transition technical equipment resulting reasonable values for all parties to stimulate productivity and job growth.  This underutilized equipment, which is not of any benefit to its current owners operations or balance sheet, can be monetarily salvaged and disposed as a tax deductible contribution.

GWP has decades of experience building and engineering technical equipment continuing run 24/7 on advanced applications.  We apply this knowledge that brings about  transformation to the equipment realisticly focused on providing utility for aftermarket  recipients at prices far below FMV (fair market values) in full conformance of regulatory protocols.

The GWP xChange:
GWP manages and facilitates sequences of events beginning with identifying and receiving a useful item (like test equipment) as contributions.  After properly appraised, GWP takes the title to the equipment and provides the donor (benefactor) with the ability to emancipate the equipment from the balance sheet and register a realistic value for doing so following IRS guidelines. Being .  For example, title for items that are valued over $5,000  are vested with GWP for 3 years and 1 day as required by the tax code.  During this time period, GWP rents or leases these items at very fair rates to entities that need this equipment and otherwise would have to pay full FMV (Fair Market Value) which is more times than not an affordable value proposition. This is where GWP plays a significant role for all parties concerned. The choicest equipment valued at far more than new organizations can afford in these days even when venture capital is involved.  The leases are seriously discounted. GWP will lease this equipment for 3 years at rates that enable the new user to increase productivity and hire more employees. The third leg our operations cycle is to offer transportation education, scholarship, educational competitions and perfection of “Blooms” which are [ Modular community Transit Systems ]

How:
Organically the processes of contributing and receiving technical equipment at far below FMV (fair market value) shall become cooperatively achievable.  This proscribed business model cannot be accomplished by 1 person.  Post our Wanted Posters.  We’re able to send representatives to your sites and we will process everything on your skids.

Clear Focus upon getting equipment to those who can make a difference

Managing Donor contributions is professionally transcribed, properly categorized and tracked; The Green Wave Project transacts these items with its Recon5 market thrift channels for monetization and re-purposing in strict conformance to all Federal, State, Local guidelines.

Value Proposition:
The concept is quite simple, and we are working to make it as practical, efficient and seamless as possible. Entities that rely heavily on technical equipment will view this as an excellent opportunity to give items that have significant usefulness for others yet, for whatever reasons, are now not needed for their businesses and taking up  valuable space while cluttering the balance sheet, in most cases as a fully depreciated sunk cost.  Upon initiating the filing of the IRS forms  the donors  will  liberate the balance sheet and bolster stakeholder  value..  Once in play, GWP  exposes these worthwhile items to a marketplace  seeking utility based instruments. By providing access to the item(s) at reasonable cost, GWP enables the recipients to meet or exceed  their missions for advancing companies productivity and competitiveness leading to better profitability and creation of new jobs!

Other Considerations:
Besides liberating the donor’s balance sheet, the Tech. equipment fosters business development when exposed  to the various market channels oriented to budding ventures that could truly use a leg up in their R+D operations.  .  Fortunately, since the equipment we are handling has a range of applications that fits very well into other niche technological operations, GWP will support a sensitivity towards placing equipment with recipients that are not in direct completion with the donor(s).

Experience Counts $$:

"Time Honored Craftsmanship" Should never go to waste

At GWP, as well as being able to diagnose technical value for most utility and segment opportunity, unlike non experienced vendors who may simply feed equipment to the existing trash cycles for scrap, we are aware of the fact that this equipment generally will last for decades and does not succumb to various forms of economic or functional obsolescence. Our industry relevant “in the trenches” experience, combined with real-time monitoring of trends and archives,  enables the GWP team to rapidly specify whether the subject item(s) is electronics scrap, legacy equipment or super convergent top of the line equipment. Once properly diagnosed, characterized and designated, the tech gear is channeled to proper thrift venues for monetization.  Altruistically, our primary goal is to give this equipment a new useful life at another technical company for improving productivity and job creation.

Market Conditions:

Gaining entry in competitive markets today or starting up a capital-intensive entity are significant challenges based on the historically constrained credit conditions for most businesses and people..  Equipment having capital outlay price tags of $200K or more is not unusual and a major barrier for start-ups. Instead of having to consider such an outlay for purchasing this equipment at fair market value, which may very well put the entire success of these new operations at risk, the opportunity for acquiring this equipment much below market rate prices becomes a stimulus package unto itself, without government intervention!!

Long-term Benefits:

With great ideas we can help to elevate our innovators

In the near term, we have 3 parties that benefit.  In the long-term, these transactions may lead to significant developments in technologies, be a catalyst for new job creation opportunities and enhance insight into the economic value of utility.   This transaction process may in fact increase the odds for success of new business ventures and become an enabling force for more diverse projects in the future to improve mobility and reduce carbon footprints at many junctions of every day life.
